What’s New with IN-SYNCH in 2026?

What’s New with IN-SYNCH in 2026

Given the pace that technology develops, creating a successful software solution isn’t a one-time thing. We love our IN-SYNCH product, and we’re always working to improve its functionality and user-friendliness.

    The Value of Experience

Have you ever attempted to fix something for hours, only to finally ask someone experienced for advice and have them tell you how to do it in five minutes? There’s no substitute for experience. Over the past twenty-five years, the IN-SYNCH team’s experience has translated into Sage 100 integrations that work—without breaking the bank.

Our longevity in the marketplace means we have had years to refine our process. We’ve minimized the unknowns, and any issues that do arise can be handled more swiftly due to our ever-expanding experience. We have extensive history with discerning exactly what our customers need and providing it the first time, helping both parties avoid unnecessary costs resulting from renegotiating, redoing development work, or being forced to exit an existing contract early.

      New IN-SYNCH Features

We’ve made several updates to the IN-SYNCH Manager UI. The Manager UI allows non-technical users to monitor traffic, map data fields, and resolve sync errors with simple “retry” actions. This feature ensures that your records and digital storefronts remain perfectly aligned without compromising server security or requiring deep programming expertise from every user.

In the first place, the Manager UI is now separate from the backend of the system, allowing for a smoother user experience. The Manager UI can also now run on multiple systems concurrently, which is a boon for larger teams.

We’ve also developed the IN-SYNCH Status Monitor, which allows an employee at any workstation to easily check the software’s status.

Lastly, the IN-SYNCH backend can now be run as a Windows service. It can now work in the background without requiring a window to be open. In addition, if something goes wrong or the server reboots, Windows will automatically restart IN-SYNCH.

        What’s Next?

Now what? In 2026, our team is going to focus on enhancing the IN-SYNCH dashboard, prioritizing efficiency, functionality, and user experience. While we’ve made some improvements to the Manager UI already, we believe in continuous improvement in response to user feedback. We can’t wait to show you what we dream up!

We’ve also been adding new endpoints to the IN-SYNCH Connector API (which allows your developers to create their own Sage 100 integrations).

Are you stuck on a Sage 100 integration? We’d love to put IN-SYNCH to work for you—we can integrate pretty much anything with Sage 100 through our custom integration services or by providing your developers with the IN-SYNCH Connector API. Contact us to start the conversation!
