Velixo Elevate Series: Use Cases for AI in Velixo Reporting & Analysis (Sage Intacct)

Designing report layouts, fixing broken formulas, and explaining variances takes real time on every close. AI tools have gotten good at this kind of work. Velixo Intelligence, currently in private preview, brings that capability into the Excel workbook your team already opens, with three agents tuned for ERP reporting. General-purpose tools like Microsoft Copilot and Claude pick up additional report design and analytical writing tasks outside of Velixo.

This session walks through practical AI use cases for Velixo reporting and analysis on Sage Intacct. We will cover Velixo Intelligence’s three agents: Guide (answers product questions), Analyst (reads values already in your sheet), and Report Builder (writes full reports from a prompt). We will look at how the new VX.ANALYSIS function writes commentary into the cell next to the number it explains. We will then turn to Copilot and Claude with examples of where each one is useful for report design, formula help, and analytical writing.
