Acumatica Summit 2026 was an incredible showcase of innovation, collaboration, and community. The event was filled with exciting product announcements, inspiring keynotes, and well-deserved celebrations, including several proud moments for DSD Business Systems. From being nominated for Manufacturing Partner of the Year to receiving the prestigious President’s Club Award, Summit gave us a lot to reflect on. We had a wonderful time connecting with our valued clients, engaging with industry leaders, and celebrating a successful year and partnership with Acumatica.
Day 1 Keynote: AI Strategy, Product Innovation and Customer Success
Summit kicked off with an inspirational keynote from Acumatica CEO John Case, who emphasized this year’s theme: The future is no longer on the horizon, it’s here now. His speech emphasized Acumatica’s long-standing commitment to imagining what’s possible and to helping businesses achieve better results through a unified and intelligent Cloud ERP.

Storm Smart was recognized for doubling its revenue and expanded from 2 to 7 locations in the last 5 years, while PSI Family Services showcased how Acumatica helps manage thousands of claims.
Strategic Partnerships
Acumatica announced the recent acquisition of CoreChain, as well as a new partnership and integration with AvidXchange to strengthen the ability to deliver modern and scalable payments.

Seattle 2027 Announcement
After strong attendance numbers this year, Acumatica announced that next year’s Summit will again be held in Seattle, WA, at the Seattle Convention Center.
DSD Joins the 2026 Acumatica President’s Club
The most exciting moment for us was winning the Acumatica President’s Club award for a second year in a row! This honor goes to standout partners who exemplify excellence in customer success, technical expertise, and overall growth.
This achievement reflects the dedication of our team and the confidence our clients place in us to help them strengthen and modernize their operations. One of the most impactful aspects of the event is the opportunity to spend quality time with our valued clients, while getting to know them and their businesses better by:
- Hosting our largest client appreciation dinner to recap the last year and discuss 2026 goals.

- Attending keynotes, presenting together, and learning about the latest exciting product announcements.
A memorable highlight was joining the Honolulu Cookie Company team for a picture in front of their beautiful customer showcase display. We loved seeing their products featured at the event. It was a pleasure to spend time with their team, share a few smiles, and celebrate the success of our breakout session. Moments like these remind us of the incredible value of bringing the Acumatica community together.
Another great highlight was Cherry Williamson, Enterprise Business Development and Chris Joco, Solutions Architect Manager here at DSD, joining eWorkplace Apps and clients for an educational panel session titled “Acumatica Process Manufacturing From Formulas to Finished Goods – Maximize Efficiency.” The team provided examples of how Acumatica has improved production, practical takeaways and it was great to see a lot of engagement from attendees eager to learn more and optimize their own manufacturing process.
The Acumatica community and the connections we build are what makes Summit special. We are thankful to all our clients who joined us, it was great to spend time with you in person.
