Paperless Packing Lists in Sales Order: SOPP
Sales orders don’t stop at the invoice—and now, neither does your digitization strategy. Packing lists are essential to the customer experience, but too often get lost in paper or separate processes. With SOPP – Packing List Paperless, packing lists join invoices in the digital age. Integrated with Paperless Office for Sage 100, SOPP lets you print, email, and store packing lists as PDFs with the same ease as invoices.
Sales Order Form Maintenance includes packing lists as a new option, and your Customer Viewer can now display every packing list document. Electronic delivery sends packing lists right to the customer’s inbox, making communication timely and professional, streamlining operations, and reducing office clutter.
Multi-Company Cash Receipts: ARCM
For multi-entity accounting teams, handling cash receipts across subsidiaries used to involve manual juggling and potential errors. ARCM – Multi-Company Cash Receipts puts those days to rest. Now, a managing company can process A/R cash receipts transactions for an unlimited number of subsidiaries from a single, unified screen.
Payments are easily applied across entities, and intercompany balancing happens automatically, ensuring clean books and saving hours of tedious work. This enhancement gives financial teams the confidence they need and lets them focus on strategic growth rather than reconciliations.
Landed Cost Accuracy at Transaction Entry: IMLC
Inventory managers know the pain: costs like freight or duties often don’t show up until after the fact, muddying true item profitability. IMLC – Inventory Transaction Entry Landed Cost changes the game. The feature lets users allocate landed costs—freight, duty, handling, and more—directly at the time of inventory entry.
Real item costs are visible from the start; no more tracking in spreadsheets or adjusting costs after-the-fact. IMLC also enables easy additions and adjustments of allocated costs, even on warehouse transfers, providing the visibility and control to drive informed decisions and maintain precise inventory valuation.
CMAD – Advanced Custom Office (Coming Soon!)
Meet your next productivity powerhouse: CMAD – Advanced Custom Office. This brand-new DSD enhancement is coming soon, and it’s set to redefine custom data management in Sage 100. With CMAD, users can create user-defined multi-keyed tables (UDMs), build new tables from other tables or UDTs, and quickly add buttons to maintenance panels to manage UDM data. It’s customization reimagined—giving you the flexibility to shape Sage 100 around your unique workflows and data needs.
