DSD HCM Benchmarking Survey

The HCM Benchmarking Survey is designed to get an understanding of how organizations that use Sage Abra Suite, Sage HRMS, or Sage 100/300 manage open enrollment for health benefits. 

The survey is brief and should only take about 5 minutes.

Benchmarking is a customary practice among business leaders, including those in human resources (HR) positions. The benchmarking technique uses qualitative or quantitative data to make comparisons between organizations to periodically measure, challenge, and improve their practices.

Human Capital Management (HCM) benchmarking is a way for you to measure and compare your HCM or HR policies and practices with those of other organizations.

Benchmarking allows you to compare and contrast your organization to others who use the same tools, are a similar size, work in the same industry, and so on.  When HR professionals have data for comparison purposes, they are better able to set goals and objectives for their own organization. 

Sometimes looking at what other organizations are doing can help you identify where you’re a thought leader or where you could make changes to your policies and practices to adopt best practices.

This survey will be open through Friday, July 31st 2020.  
On Monday, August 3rd, three randomly selected survey participants will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card! 
Survey data will be compiled into an easy-to-read report by Saturday, August 15th 2020.
