Sage Intacct Training now available via Sage University

Sage Intacct Training

Beginning January 23, Sage Intacct training courses will move from the Sage Intacct Learning Center to Sage University. Read on to learn what Sage University is, why these changes are happening, what you can expect, and get some answers to frequently asked questions.

What is Sage University?

Sage University is where all Sage Intacct customers and partners can take training courses or watch short video tutorials to develop their skills. Sage University provides the knowledge to develop your skills so that you can get the most out of Intacct. Learn how to use Sage products whenever you want at your own pace with a variety of Sage training programs & highly experienced trainers on Sage University.

Sage offers training that helps you work efficiently and effectively. They also update the training every product release so that you get instruction on the latest features and product updates.

  • Short video tutorials provide bite-sized nuggets of information to help you jump-start your knowledge.
  • On-demand courses provide interactive lessons you can take on your own time and at your own pace. Learn more about our on-demand training.

Why this Change is Happening

This change is happening to make it easier for users to access everything they need in one place. It also gives users to opportunity to explore other resources and information for other product lines. With Sage University, you have a new user experience with learning paths designed for success within your role. Here are some of the other benefits of Sage University:

What Should you Expect?

For now, continue to use the Sage Intacct Learning Center for all your Sage Intacct learning needs. Please complete any On-demand training courses you are registered for by January 20. If you can’t complete the course, you can restart it in Sage University on January 23, 2023.

To access Sage University after January 23, go to or log in from the product Help & Support menu. This new URL currently redirects users to the Learning Center but will point to Sage University on January 23.

Frequently Asked Questions

Connect to Sage University from within Sage Intacct for a seamless experience between Intacct and the training you need:

  • Go to Help & Support, then click Sage University.

Log into Sage University using your Sage account. If you don’t have a Sage account, you can easily create one.

If you have an account at the Sage Intacct Learning Center, we’ve taken you with us! Don’t worry—all your completed training is at Sage University.

If you have any in-progress courses at the Learning Center, you can restart the courses at Sage University.

You will still need to create a Sage account. Just use the same email address associated with your Sage Intacct Learning Center account to connect to your training record

If you’re new to Sage University, you’ll be prompted to create a profile to get started. Your Sage University profile is your personal record of training, badges, and certifications completed at Sage University.
