Sage Transform 2021: 8 Tips to Get the Most Out the Event

With less than 4 months to go until Sage Transform, the early-bird special pricing is coming to a close! This upcoming conference is a little different than usual. You now have the option to attend in-person OR virtually!
For those joining us in-person in Las Vegas, we understand that the number of sessions, events, and activities offered on-site can be slightly overwhelming. This is why we have created a list of tips to help you navigate your way through this spectacular conference. Here are a few resources to help you discover something new, find your way, and get the most out of your Sage Transform experience.
Whether you’re new to our conference or a long-time veteran, we have broken down exactly what you need to know to successfully navigate Sage Transform 2021 in Las Vegas, November 8-12.

1. REGISTER FOR SAGE TRANSFORM 2021
The first thing you need to do is officially register for a Transform conference pass for access to keynotes, breakout sessions, the Expo Hall, 1:1 meetings, evening events, and meals. And don’t wait — Super Early Bird pricing is available until the end of August. A savings of $500 off the Regular Rate!
2. PURCHASE ADD-ONS
Check out the optional pre-conference training classes (for customer attendees only), held on Monday and Tuesday. Pre-conference training classes may be added on to your conference registration for an additional cost. Space is limited so do not delay!
If you are bringing a guest to the conference, be sure to also purchase a guest pass for them. The Guest Pass provides access to all evening events, including the Tuesday night Welcome Reception, Wednesday night Marketplace Expo Happy Hour, and the Thursday night Conference Party. All guests must be over 21-years-old to attend any of the conference sponsored evening events and there is a strict limit of one guest pass per conference registrant.
3. VIEW THE AGENDA
Once you have registered, start to plan your entire week (including your arrival and departure dates) by reviewing our agenda to see what we have in store for you at Sage Transform!
4. BOOK HOTEL & TRAVEL
This year’s conference will take place at the beautiful Venetian Resort on the Las Vegas Strip. Take advantage of our special discounted rates at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas for our Transform attendees by booking your hotel room before our room block sells out!
5. SIGN UP FOR SESSIONS
As the conference gets closer, you will be able to build a custom schedule and register for specific sessions that interest you. When the time comes when you will be able to build this schedule, Sage will notify all registrants via email. Log in to the session catalog, build your agenda, and sign up for sessions. Don’t wait as sessions fill up quickly!
6. SCHEDULE A 1:1 MEETING
In late September, we will open up the scheduling for 1:1 meetings. You will be able to book a 30-minute one-on-one meeting with a Sage technical expert to discuss anything of importance to you and your business.
7. GET THE MOBILE APP
Coming Soon!
As we get closer to the event, we are planning to launch the official mobile app for Sage Transform. With the Sage Transform mobile app, maps, itineraries, and other helpful resources will be easily accessible to anyone at any time. This mobile app will be available for download approximately 3 weeks before the event. Be sure to keep checking the Sage Transform page for updates!
8. BECOME FAMILIAR WITH OUR ON-SITE HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
We consider the safety and health of our in-person attendees as our number one priority. Our health and safety protocols continue to evolve as the conference approaches so keep yourself up to date! Click here to see our current health and safety protocols for Transform 2021.

- Pack business casual clothes as well as practical shoes that can withstand walking through the Venetian Resort and conference center.
- Do not forget your laptop and power cord (this is a requirement if you’re attending one of the pre-conference training classes or hands-on lab sessions). There will be many lounges set up throughout the Expo and the conference center where you can check your email, recharge your devices, and even relax.
- Sign up for your breakout sessions and hands-on lab classes early as sessions will fill up fast. Keep in mind a backup plan just in case classes are already filled.
- Familiarize yourself with the list of our Transform 2021 sponsors and make a note of which companies you want to see. Make sure to build in time each day to explore the Expo and visit our Sage booth.
- Pack plenty of business cards as you will have many networking opportunities to meet other conference attendees, and Sage partners and employees.
- Need to re-energize during the conference? Coffee will be provided during breakfast and all morning and afternoon breaks.
