Top 5 Accounts Receivable Extended Solutions

Within this blog series, I have been presenting my favorite extended solutions for Sage 100 ERP, by Module.  In my previous blog post, I explained how DSD Business Systems has over 300 available Extended Solutions for Sage 100 ERP and provided my Top 5 Accounts Payable Extended Solutions.  In my latest blog, I am covering my favorite Accounts Receivable Extended Solutions.  I am extremely happy that we have these products in our product portfolio.   Here are my Top 5 Accounts Receivable Extended Solutions, in no particular order:

1. AR-1007 A/R Ship-To Address

This product is essential to companies that create Accounts Receivable Invoices for customers with multiple Ship-To Addresses. For those users that do not have the Sales Order module installed, having this enhancement adds that Sales Order module component of Ship-To Codes and Addresses, which can be maintained in Customer Maintenance These Ship-To Codes can be selected during A/R Invoice Data Entry and Repetitive Invoice Entry, and Ship-To Address information added to printed invoices.

2. AR-1070 Invoice History Edit

This DSD Extended Solution allows you to edit selected portions of the Accounts Receivable Invoices from Invoice History Inquiry. History “Edit” buttons are added to the Header, Lines, and Totals Tabs so that you can change invoice information after it has already been posted.

3. AR-1152 Security by Division

There are a dozen Extended Solutions that enhance User Security, and AR-1152 is one of those. With this enhancement, you have the ability to select which User Codes have access to records for a specific Division Numbers. Users that do not have access to a specific Division will not be able to view customer information, create invoices, run reports, or access history inquiry for customers in that division. This enhancement is ideal for companies with multiple AR clerks or salespersons.

4. AR-1157 Security for Customer/Salesperson by User

This DSD Extended Solution adds the ability to set up security for Customers or Salespersons by User Code in the Sales Order and Accounts Receivable modules. Only authorized users entered in the security file will be able to access specified Customer or Salesperson data. This enhancement is ideal for companies that want to keep customer information private to a specific salesperson or user.

5. AR-1239 Multi-Company Customer Synchronization

This enhancement is perfect for users that have multiple company codes that share the same customers. Any additions or, or changes to, customers in one company can be automatically copied to other company codes. This ensures that customer information is accurate across all companies.
