Sage Software Support Plans for Sage MAS 90 & Sage MAS 200
Sage MAS90 and Sage MAS200 Support Plans
DSD Business Systems has two options for Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 support. Registration in one of the plans is required in order to access DSD’s support technicians or programmers. Both methods give you the same high level of technical support for which DSD is renown.
Target response times listed for each type of contract do not apply for support on Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 version 3.51 or earlier.
Annual support plans are available directly from Sage Software.
Option 1: Preferred Plan
With this plan, you only pay for the support time you use. You must also have purchased your MAS 90 and MAS 200 software and Sage Software Maintenance from DSD Business Systems. With a good credit rating and payment history, support will be invoiced semi-monthly, and payment is due upon receipt of that invoice. Telephone support is billed at $150 per hour, and on-site training or support is billed at the consultant’s hourly rate, plus travel.
Companies who would like to transfer support of their MAS 90 and MAS 200 system to DSD, and will make DSD their Sage Software Reseller of Record, can subscribe to this plan with a $375 support prepayment. Support or training billings in excess of $375 will be invoiced semi-monthly.
Option 2: Basic Plan
Companies who need access to DSD’s high level of technical support, but will not make DSD their Sage Software Reseller of Record, can subscribe to the Basic Plan. As with the Preferred Plan, you pay for only the support time that you use, though all support time must be pre-purchased. Telephone support and on-site consulting under this plan will be billed at the rate of $175 - $200 (depending on consultant) per hour. All time will be billed in 15-minute increments. Calls for support will be returned after those received from Preferred contract subscribers.
Important Note: Option 2 is the only plan available to companies not formally registered with Sage as a DSD Client. Please contact your DSD Account Representative to officially change your reseller of record.
