Upon completion and launch of a new or rebuilt website, it is important to maintain your site by updating information with fresh and relevant content.
Our aim is to give our customers control over their site's upkeep without having to rely on third-party web-editing software that demand costs in extra expense and time to learn the application. Most web-editing programs don't restrict edits to the main text areas. This makes it possible for clients to inadvertently modify design elements of the website, possibly displaying an askew page layout.
Administrative personnel may access the console with a domain-based URL, e.g. domain.com/admin/index.php

The CMS installation includes a control panel that was written to deliver an intuitive, pain-free program that allows you to easily navigate and access all sections deemed editable. Key tools included in the CMS are: - Pages & Categories Panel
This section offers the safeguard of creating new or updating existing pages without altering the framework of the webpage. You have the option to add a new category page or add a sub-page to an existing main/root page. After submitting, additions are immediately viewable on the live website. Our team will add all content - either taken from an existing website, or supplied by your personnel - for populating the root pages before launch. - Files Panel
This section enables the uploading of important web files such as images and documents (such as .doc and .pdf files). After each upload, the file will appear in the library. Just clicking on the file prompts a separate window to open, generating the url for hyper linking. It's really that simple. - Forms Generator
The Forms tool holds a base form handler – essentially this is a template form. You may add fields, remove fields and customize it and save it as a different form. Store a variety of forms to use in conjunction with specific services, promotions, etc. This is perfect for capturing the initial information you wish to obtain from your site's visitors. - Customer Contacts Manager
This section stores contacts who submit a query through the form handler. This assists in building a distribution list while freeing up the space of your business email account(s). A simple notification of new queries will arrive at the designated Administrator’s inbox, indicating that a new contact has been captured by the console. - Calendar Customization
The Calendar feature includes a template calendar for use on any sub-page of the website. Add events to the sample calendar or save it as a new one. - Users Roster
This section displays all personnel who have been given a login ID. The Administrator cannot view passwords, but has the ability to reset them and to assign editing privileges – assigning only some or all pages to different users. - Premium Web Hosting
Included is a hosting plan that's equipped to handle all of the data storage necessary for all content and customer data you wish to retain at any given time. DSD Internet Services will oversee the installation of the CMS onto the hosting plan's server, associating your domain name to the URL. From that point forward, your designated personnel can access the console anywhere Internet access is available.
