DSD Business Systems Names Glenn Linderman
Its 2010 Employee of the Year

SAN DIEGO, CA - January 5, 2011 - DSD Business Systems proudly announces Glenn Linderman as the recipient of its 2010 Employee of the Year Award. Each year DSD's management team is asked to nominate one staff member who stands out above all others, making a significant contribution to the customer experience, and in turn, the company's representation. Glenn was voted as an exemplary employee for doing just that and earning this distinguished award. He has consistently proven to be a valuable employee as DSD's Certified Accpac Software Consultant.

"Glenn has been a wonderful, loyal employee since the beginning and has added major value to everything our company has done." Glenn started in 2001 under Horizon Information Systems, who later merged with DSD in 2009, thus, expanding their ERP software product line to include Sage Accpac. 

Glenn's credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management - with emphases in Finance and Computer Science - an MBA , and Jurist Doctorate credits. With experience as VP of Financial Analysis, Senior Investment Analyst, and Special Committee Member for the Board of Directors of a Defense Contractor, Glenn brings a profound level of expertise with him. Not only does he bring a whole other dimension of financial insight to Accpac end-users, but he also delivers exceptional customer care. Accolades from one of DSD's clients depicts such performance.

Sophia Patel, Manager of Strategic Financial and IT Systems at Project Concern shared what an impact Glenn's customer service has had on her ability to do business. Patel pointed out that DSD's team has always provided extensive support and availability, but she specifically mentions that Glenn has gone above and beyond - and outside of the country - when things could not be fixed remotely. "Glenn has often gone across the border to our Mexico location to help us with our system needs," she adds, his "customer service extends beyond our expectations."
