MRTX Texas Quarterly Unemployment Mag Media allows the user to generate magnetic media compliant with the Magnetic Media Information as required by the Texas Workforce Commission. This report includes the following data: Employee Name, Social Security Number, Employer Account Number, Reporting Period, and State Quarter Wages Subject to Unemployment Insurance. It also generates a summary report that reports the information required to complete the Magnetic Media Transmittal Sheet that must also be submitted.

Now optionally reports C-3 data.

According to TWC Rule 301.7(e) all employers reporting 250 or more employees in any calendar quarter must file their quarterly wages on magnetic media. Employers with less than 250 employees may elect to use magnetic reporting.

The Texas Magnetic Media Reporting enhancement for Sage MAS 90 Magnetic Media allows the user to:

Generate magnetic media compliant with the Magnetic Media Information as required by the State of Texas. This report includes the following data:

• Employee Name
• Social Security Number
• Employer Account Number (EIN)
• Reporting Period
• State Quarter Wages Subject to Unemployment Insurance

Generate a Magnetic Media summary report, after the creation of the magnetic media file, that reports the information needed to complete the Magnetic Media Transmittal form that must be submitted with the magnetic media.

Note that DSD state magnetic media products, including MRTX requires that Sage MAS 90 Magnetic Media be installed.
