This report includes the following data: Employee Name, Social Security Number, Employer Account Number, Reporting Period, and State Quarter Wages Subject to Unemployment Insurance.
 

The Arkansas Magnetic Media Reporting enhancement for Sage MAS 90 / Sage MAS 200 Magnetic Media allows the user to:

Generate magnetic media compliant with the Magnetic Media Information as required by the State of Arkansas. This report includes the following data:

    • Company Identification Data
    • Employee Identification Data
    • Reporting Period
    • State Quarter Wages Subject to Unemployment Insurance

The data may be submitted electronically instead of by diskette.
