PO-1031 Items Purchased to Job as Inventory Issuances 
Allows Purchase Order Receipts that include Inventory Items tagged for a Job Number to be treated as Inventory Issues. Additional Functionality is available if IM-1047: Item Commitments to a Job is also installed and enabled.
