PR-BUGS Problem Fixes for Payroll 
Corrects the following ‘bug’ present in the Payroll module: 

• A rounding bug in PRWUAA caused some employees that should get a direct deposit stub to get a zero check and also to print an extra line on the Pre-Check Register.
