S/O Link to Job Cost

SOJC S/O Link to J/C integrates Sales Order with Job Cost.

 

The Sales Order Link to Job Cost modifications for Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 allows:

  • Enter a Job Number into a Sales Order or Invoice Header.

For Job related Orders or Invoices:

  • The Retention Amount may be entered into the Totals screen.
  • The Job Number and Retention Amount are available for printing on the Order or Invoice Form, and are displayed in the Sales Order Inquiry screen.
  • Invoices are posted directly into the Job Cost database in exactly the same way that A/R Invoices are updated.
  • The Job Number and Retention Amount are posted into the Sales Order Recap file, and are available for printing on the Sales Order Recap Report.
  • The Job Number and Retention Amount are posted into the A/R Invoice History file, and are available for inquiry and reporting purposes.

The Job Cost integration flag may be set by the user in the Sales Order Options/Integration screen.
