GoldMine Link
GoldMine Link (ARGM) is an easy-to-use and easy-to-maintain CRM tool that helps your office automate sales calls, customer service calls, and document points of contact. DSD's GoldMine Link for Sage MAS 90 / Sage MAS 200 introduces real-time synchronization to your Customer Relationship-Accounting system. This is the first version of the product as a Goldmine plug-in.
Important: The minimum GoldMine version required for this product is 7.0. The minimum MAS90/200 version required for this product is 4.10.
ARGM Features:
- Allows Creation of a link from MAS 90 / 200 Customers to the GoldMine CRM contacts database.
- Allows Synchronization of the MAS 90 / 200 database with the GoldMine database.
- Create Sales Orders in MAS 90 / 200 from the GoldMine CRM package, and note the creation of those Sales Orders in GoldMine History.
- Allows creation or modification of MAS 90 / 200 Customers from the GoldMine CRM program.
- Make inquires into Sales Order History, Invoice History, and Open Sales Orders in MAS 90 / 200 directly from the GoldMine program.
Warning:
If your installation involves linking an existing GoldMine contact database to an existing MAS 90/200 database, then there could be considerable work in linking these two databases if the data in each is very dissimilar to each other. For example, if your GoldMine Database has no matching information in the MAS 90/200 database, or no contact information in the MAS 90/200 database, you will have to link each contact individually. This can involve considerable labor to link all records.

ARGM does not modify any standard MAS 90 / 200 reports.
