Bill of Materials Reference Numbers links the B/M line items to any number of reference numbers.
 

A Reference Numbers checkbox has been added to the Bill of Materials setup options that allows quicker, more efficient search capacities as well as drill down for related component items. This enhancement has also made it easier to add or remove reference numbers to the line items.
