Accounting Software Consultant

DSD Business Systems Inc. (www.dsdinc.com) is looking for a consultant who will specialize in implementation of Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, Job Ops and Sage MAS 500 accounting software. Duties will involve: Installation/setup of financial applications software;Assisting clients in developing "best practices" in accounting procedures;On-site or classroom training of client personnel ;On-going support services to existing clients ;Presenting product demonstrations to prospective clients; Responsible for verbal/written communication with clients.

Education, licenses:
BS in accounting, business related field; or equivalent experience.

Experience, training:
2+ years working as a controller with financial applications software, preferably direct experience with Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, Job Ops or Sage MAS 500.

Strong project management, accounting, communication and problem solving skills. Presentation skills, documentation, issue ownership. Quality assurance testing, business process analysis.

Technical skills should include an in-depth understanding of financial application software and use of PC operating systems.
