Computer Lab Rental Specs
Our training room rental facility is equipped with PC workstations that are in excellent condition. Each computer is regularly maintenanced to ensure reliable functionality for any class and orientation. The workstation desk intened for the instructor is set up for displaying the computer's monitor onto the screen located in the front of the classroom. If you prefer to use a projector, please request this when booking the training room and we will have one set up for you ahead of time. Below are the training room computer lab's features:
All ten (10) computers in our classroom have Pentium 4 Dual Core at 3.0 GHz with:
- Dell Optiplex 320 machines
- 2 GB DDR SDRAM at 400 MHz
- 80 GB Hard drive
- 10/100bt NIC
- DVD Rom Drive
- Integrated Audio (sound cards)
- 17" Flat panel monitors
- High speed Internet access
- Windows 95, 98, NT, 200x, XP, Vista or your choice of operating system (through VMWare images)
- Loaded with any software you require configured to your specifications, as outlined and described in our Room Rental Policy Fact Sheet
- VMWare Player
Conference Meeting Rooms
Our meeting rooms can comfortably accommodate from 2-12 people and are available to host meetings and conferences. Extra chairs are available for perimeter seating if needed. Complete Event Coordination is provided including meeting setup, take down, cleaning & catering coordination. All of the rooms have wireless internet access.

Phones are available in each conference room for participants. Local calls are free.
Lunch Catering Services:
Lunch service can be provided for $12.50 per person. A final headcount and any special dietary needs must be provided 48 hours in advance.
